Having received so many blessings through the study of Christian Science, I should like to express my gratitude through the periodicals. My first healing was of a throat trouble, from which I had suffered all my life. Physicians had said they could help me only temporarily; but I was completely healed through Christian Science. I was also healed of severe headaches supposed to have been caused from defective eyes. I had worn glasses for six years, but was soon able to lay them aside; and I have never needed them since. This healing took place about nine years ago. Many times my children have been exposed to so-called contagious diseases, but the correct knowledge of God has protected them.
Numerous other healings have blessed our home through the understanding of Christian Science, which is not only a curative but also a preventive of discord. I am grateful for this truth that makes us free.— Columbia, S. C.
