Mrs. Eddy says on page 68 of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures": "Christian Science presents unfoldment, not accretion; it manifests no material growth from molecule to mind, but an impartation of the divine Mind to man and the universe." I am thoroughly convinced from past experiences that this statement is true, and that this unfoldment will continue in ever increasing measure as one is honest in following the behests of the "still small voice" speaking to his consciousness.
I am grateful not only that my name is to be found on the roll of The Mother Church, but that I realize, to a certain extent, the need of each individual member of this church acting as a stone within "the structure of Truth and Love; . . . that institution, which affords proof of its utility" (Science and Health, p. 583).
I love the Principle which Christian Science reveals and am very grateful for the truths learned from its study. To anyone who has not felt the peace and joy that follow the slightest understanding of the teachings of this Science I heartily commend the study of the textbook. I am grateful that Christian Science teaches that no matter what seems at times to be true, or what others may say or think about us, we have the divine right and authority to claim our God-given heritage—dominion—and to see ourselves as perfect children of God, reflecting health, wisdom, charity, and all the attributes of divine Mind.
