An ever increasing sense of the great blessings which I have received and am daily receiving from Christian Science prompts me to give this testimony. I did not come to Christian Science for healing, but at an early age my brothers and I were placed in a Christian Science Sunday School. Through all the years since then this teaching has been a wonderful help to me in school, college, while teaching, and now as a mother.
Healings have come. One for which I am most grateful occurred after I began to attend the Sunday school. I was slowly but surely healed of sick headaches in a very severe form.
I am grateful for experiences which seemed like trials at the time, but which have made me work more faithfully in Christian Science. During one such experience I was healed to a great extent of a tendency to criticize others. I am learning to endeavor to see all men as God's children, and to know that injustice, unkindness, and similar qualities are not a part of man. I am also grateful for the truth that has been pointed out to me that we need not be burdened, because we work for God, and He sustains His creation.
