With deep gratitude and the desire to help others, I should like to relate some of the blessings and healings which I have both received and witnessed since taking up the study of Christian Science.
I was healed of an inward goiter through the work of a practitioner, after doctors and specialists had failed to help me and had given me only a few weeks to live.
Countless blessings, including many physical healings, have come to me and my family through Christian Science as a result of the study and application of the truth about God and man. A few of these healings were of sick headaches, influenza, a severe case of ivy poisoning, blood poisoning, tonsillitis, paralysis, and an inflamed sciatic nerve.
Mere words are inadequate to express even in a measure my gratitude for our Leader. I am grateful to the Christian Science practitioners who are ready at all time to give their help; also for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church; for class instruction; and for all the activities of the Christian Science movement.— Stamford, Connecticut.
