For many years I have enjoyed the benefits and blessings which inevitably come to every student of Christian Science, and I am humbly and profoundly grateful for them— grateful not only for the results which have come to me personally, but also that the truth has been discovered by Mrs. Eddy for the entire human race to use and enjoy.
I was in what is called perfect health when I became interested in Christian Science, but I was attracted to Science by its irrefutable logic, the beauty of its teachings, and the pure English in Mrs. Eddy's writings.
Since Christian Science is necessarily demonstrable, I applied my slight understanding to my problems, many of which were related to accidents. This was before automobiles were used, and my work was largely connected with horses. Many times the application of the teachings of Christian Science protected me and my horses, as well as other people, and property.
