OMNIPRESENT LOVE

From the March 1944 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Our Father doth not dwell apart,
Remote, beyond the farthest star;
His omnipresent love is found
Forever where His children are.

Inseparable the glowing sun
From each effulgent, beauteous ray;
So, unity of God and man
Can never change, nor pass away.

Before we ask, His blessing waits
The full acceptance of His Word.
In sweet obedience we find
The pure, unspoken prayer is heard.

We cannot stray beyond His hand;
He calleth us beloved son.
The heirs of His eternal grace
With omnipresent Love are one.
