"Stretch forth thy hand." The blessed Master spoke,
And freed the trusting servant from his yoke
Of bondage, proving matter never can
Obscure the birthright of the perfect man.
You are that man, beloved child of God!
To you are known his strength, his staff, his rod.
So, unafraid, deceitful sense command!
Remember Jesus said, "Stretch forth thy hand."
