WHEN the world awakens to the fact that the true idea of God is essential to the true idea of man, it will have found the key to lasting peace and perfect health. The prophet Jeremiah envisioned this day (Jer. 31:33, 34): "After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them."
Exact or true knowledge is Science. Since God, or Mind, is all that knows, all true knowledge is comprehended in that which God knows; and since God is infinite Mind, He knows nought besides His own all-inclusive infinitude—the infinitude of good. He knows His own allness, the allness of unquenchable Love and of deathless Life. Furthermore, He knows Himself in the oneness of changeless Principle. All true knowledge is the expression of Mind's infinite knowing.
Since Mind knows itself in infinite expression, there is no division or separation in Mind's infinite idea or expression. The oneness of Mind is reflected in oneness of expression; and since infinite Mind must forever be teeming with ideas, endless, countless, inexhaustible ideas, its ideas are forever manifesting variety, distinctness, sequence, and unanimity, thus evidencing the infinitude, indivisibility, and wholeness of Mind. There is never a lapse in Mind, never a vacuum in Love. The important point to grasp is that idea in its infinitude is always the evidence of Mind, the one Ego which is expressing itself. Idea has no separate, finite entity with a self of its own wherewith it expresses Mind or a portion of Mind. Thus Mind itself constitutes the individuality, identity, and intelligence of all that expresses it.
