Through consistent study of Christian Science I have received many blessings over a period of twenty years. Early healings included those of an internal disorder, severe sinus trouble, colds, burns, and the need to wear glasses, which I had worn for many years. When our children were small I learned to trust God for the healing of all their ills. At one time the baby suffered from a violent earache. The truth proved adequate to silence fear and to remove the pain. No aftereffects followed.
During the Second World War, when my husband's work required changes of location, we felt a need for greater supply. Both of us studied on the subjects of substance and supply and learned quite a bit about the true law of supply and demand. We began to see that it is God's will for His child to have everything he needs and to be well supplied for all demands made on him. About that time an unexpected check of some size was sent to my husband in appreciation of his past services. From that time on we have never doubted that there is always enough available to meet our needs, and we have never lacked again.
On four occasions in different cities it was necessary for us to find a house. In each case there was said to be a great scarcity, but in every instance a satisfactory place was found. We recognized that home is in consciousness and that it can be found wherever we rest in the consciousness of divine Love's ever-presence.
