For many years I have been the recipient of numerous blessings through the study of Christian Science, and I wish to express my gratitude through our periodicals.
At one time I became ill and asked to be excused from work. Instead of yielding to the temptation to go to bed, I made my way to a Christian Science Reading Room and studied for some time. When ready to leave for home I realized that all symptoms of the illness had completely gone.
I was instantaneously healed of grief at the passing of my mother. During a period of study at that time, a large wart on my thumb disappeared. At another time I was injured when the horse on which I was riding stumbled and threw me over its head. In a few days the healing was complete.
