I have had so many proofs of the healing power of Christian Science and of the loving care of our Father-Mother God that I want to share some of these experiences with those who are searching for the truth. Christian Science came to me when I was a teenager and away from home, traveling with a road show. I had been an actress since I was a small child.

With my Christmas money, I purchased a copy of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and while I was reading this book, the warts just disappeared. My mother had sent me off with a grip filled with medicines, but I threw them away very soon after I started reading Science and Health.
