One day in my shop Christian Science was presented to me by a close friend who saw my need. For nearly eight years I have taken no medicine, and God has been my Physician.
During my study of Christian Science marvelous protection has been experienced, and serious errors have been corrected. I wish to express my gratitude to God for Mrs. Eddy, who discovered this perfect way of healing practiced by Christ Jesus so many many years ago.
One day I was suddenly stricken with severe pain in the right side. A member of my family telephoned to a Christian Science practitioner for help. While the practitioner was working for me I repeated many truths from the Bible, and passages from the textbook, Science and Health, were read aloud to me. Among the Bible verses I held to was the following (Hebr. 4:12): "The word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
