Through the years, I have experienced many healings as a result of the application of Christian Science, for which I am profoundly grateful. Some were immediate, some required much persistence, some came about through my own efforts, and some took place with the help of Christian Science practitioners.
Chronic constipation has been healed, as have recurring sick headaches. During much of my life I had been subject to travel sickness, but this difficulty was conquered through the ministration of Science during an automobile trip through rugged mountains. However, no experiences call for greater praise to our Father-Mother God than those connected with supply and employment.
My husband and I had been harassed for several years by a series of discouraging setbacks in our financial resources. Opportunities for employment slipped from our grasp, supply was inadequate, and our living quarters became more and more unsatisfactory.
