I am deeply grateful to God for the blessings which the study and application of the teachings of Christian Science have brought into my experience and into that of other members of my family.
While my husband and I were overseas visiting our daughter, whom we had not seen for five years, I noticed a lump the size of an egg toward the middle part of her head, but we did not discuss it. After our return home I remembered a healing she had had when she was a very young child. This had taken place when I had been studying Science only a short time. Her legs had become useless for more than twenty-four hours. Normal action returned after my own thought was turned to the Lord's Prayer, with its spiritual interpretation given by Mary Baker Eddy on pages 16 and 17 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures." The first sentence of the prayer, together with its interpretation, reads:
"Our Father which art in heaven,
Our Father-Mother God, all-
harmonious,
Hallowed be Thy name
. Adorable One."
