Officers of branch churches and individuals who have occasion to correspond with The Christian Science Board of Directors, with the Clerk and the Treasurer of The Mother Church, and with the heads of departments of The Mother Church Offices are requested to place their addresses on their letters and to write their signatures plainly. Women are requested to use the title "Miss" or "Mrs.," as the fact may be, and to use their Christian names. The cooperation of correspondents is solicited.
An opportunity to share reports of progress received from the Field is provided in Article XIII, Section 1, of the Manual of The Mother Church by our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy. The Christian Science Board of Directors cordially invites branches of The Mother Church to send in reports. Excerpts will be read from as many as time permits at the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church.
The Annual Meeting will be held on June 8 this year, and reports should reach The Christian Science Board of Directors, 107 Falmouth Street, Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A. 02115, not later than April 15.
