"O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him" (Ps. 34:8).
It is with these words of the Psalmist that I desire to express my gratitude for Christian Science, which has given me a clearer understanding of God and of man as His image and likeness.
From early years I had never enjoyed good health, and in adolescence I was treated for anemia by a herbalist, who remarked on my poor physical condition. After commencing the daily study of the Bible Lesson in the Christian Science Quarterly, I discarded all reliance on other remedies, and my health immediately began to improve. I was healed of the anemia through Science. A severe condition of chilblains, which occurred every winter, was permanently healed. Hay fever, to which I was subject every summer, was overcome.
