The problem of being always under pressure can be solved in Christian Science. We can learn how to gain dependable rest and dominion in our activities.
The Way-shower, Christ Jesus, with his great love and compassion, said, "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Matt. 11:28; It was not to his person that Jesus was inviting men to turn, but to the Christ, Truth, which he taught and lived.
Mrs. Eddy writes, "Christ is the true idea voicing good, the divine message from God to men speaking to the human consciousness." Science and Health, p. 332; The Christ is ever present in consciousness; therefore, as we listen to the true idea and understand it, we can find and accept the restfulness it offers.
