If you're planning to attend Annual Meeting this year, June 2 and 3, perhaps you would be interested in lending a hand. Mother Church members from around the word are being invited this year to participate as ushers, child-care attendants, and assistant guides.
Here, briefly, is what it entails:
None of those volunteering will be asked to usher at all sessions, but they should plan to be in Boston by Sunday afternoon, June 1, to attend a one to two hour meeting for assignment and training. If you are interested, please send your name to the Annual Meeting Coordinator (address below).
