"Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else" (Isa. 45:22).
Gratitude to God for all of my healings and blessings prompts me to take this opportunity to vouch for the healing efficacy in my life of Christian Science when I have faithfully adhered to the Principle and rules.
When a toddler, I patted my hand on a beehive, rousing the hive. I received bee stings all over my body. Prayer in Science healed me quickly of all effects of the stings. A few years later I was healed of an infection in my hand. Another time I had a severe sore throat, and my condition was frightening. I spent a wakeful night unable to swallow. The following day my mother and I drove to town to see the Christian Science practitioner who had been asked to treat me through prayer. The practitioner was very calm and firm in all her declarations of truth. She explained that the sun's rays are inseparable from the sun and my relation to God was also one of inseparability. After we left her home to go shopping, I realized my healing had been instantaneous.
