Supply and transparency

From the February 1979 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Lack isn't truly overcome by getting more money, education, or possessions but by relinquishing the concept of limitation. Supply isn't found in accumulating materiality but in eliminating it. Real supply isn't things coming to us; it's ideas appearing through us, through the transparency-the clarity, purity, and spirituality-of enlightened thought.

Human needs are met as spiritual ideas-our true supply-appear in human consciousness. How does this come about? Mrs. Eddy writes, "The mortal mind through which Truth appears most vividly is that one which has lost much materiality-much error-in order to become a better transparency for Truth."  Science and Health, p. 295;

The supply that meets our every need is already here-forever. It's inexhaustible because derived from Spirit; complete because included and manifested in Mind; totally satisfying because expressed by Soul. We can never be separated from supply, because we are never separated from God. Each one of us is naturally, beautifully, constantly supplied by divine Love.
