General Information

From the June 1980 issue of The Christian Science Journal

They trusted God is the lively narrative of ten Old Testament stories. Author Aylesa Forsee introduces Abraham, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Joshua, Ruth, Samuel, David, Solomon, and Nehemiah in the context of the people, places, and customs of their times. Black-and-white illustrations are by Hank Ziol.

Based on the King James Version of the Bible, They trusted God has several special features: a map of the Bible lands, a time-line showing when these Bible characters lived, an appendix of basic biblical terms, and, to encourage individual study, questions following each chapter.

Attractively hardbound; sells for $9.95.
