Recently the Christian Science Sentinel published a series of six expressions of gratitude and thanksgiving for The Christian Science Monitor, whose seventy-fifth anniversary comes on November 25. Each article told how the Monitor has changed the course of somebody's life.
Many such expressions were received. It seems fitting to share at least a sampling of them with Journal readers. We've selected three—each one unique but all three illustrating how the Monitor enables the individual to break out of walls of personal isolation into wider interests, richer experiences, and a deeper caring for others.
