In August we published an abbreviated account of this year's Annual Meeting of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts. It included the remarks of the incoming President, the report of the Treasurer of The Mother Church, worldwide reports from the Field, and the message from The Christian Science Board of Directors. We indicated at that time that the rest of the reports would be published in a subsequent issue.
We are glad to be presenting here the reports from the Clerk of The Mother Church, the Manager of the Committees on Publication, and the Manager of The Christian Science Publishing Society. These, combined with those published earlier, constitute a complete account of the 1987 Annual Meeting, which brought out the role of The Mother Church in its healing ministry to "mankind at the crossroads."
