I submit this testimony in hopes that it will encourage someone who might be feeling discouraged. The testimonies in the Christian Science periodicals have been a great source of strength to me during difficult times.
For more than five years I suffered from asthma. At the time I had two very young children to care for. There were many sleepless nights, and I was often completely incapacitated for long periods of time.
Having been raised in a family where Christian Science was the only remedy, and having seen and experienced many healings through spiritual means alone, I turned very naturally to God with this problem as well. I had witnessed and experienced many quick healings, but this condition seemed tenacious.
