I wonder if you have a different philosophy of news presentation.... It doesn't matter how ghastly the international situation is, you don't leave your listeners feeling that the only answer is to stick their head in the gas oven.
You don't massage the news, and your journalistic credibility is excellent, but the listener is not left with the feeling that all is lost. Hope is retained. If this is deliberate, you have something precious which you must never surrender. Indeed, please spread the word among your media colleagues.
