This By-Law, Article III, Section 1, was a gift of Mrs. Eddy's to mankind. Ending, as it does, with the counsel that we should breathe forth that "spiritual animus so universally needed," we can even say it was a gift to the universe, something universally needed. That helped me to see that it is the very breath of Spirit itself that's called forth in the Readership.
