What I witnessed as Virginia was working out her healing was sometimes most frightening to me. I am not a lifelong Christian Scientist, although I have been one for many years, and have seen many healings through prayer.
When I went to see Virginia's practitioner, I was quite fearful for her life, and certainly needed much help in supporting the one I love so much. The practitioner helped me to keep my thinking clearer and more unimpressed with Virginia's physical situation. The healing shows me that God is ever present now, as in the time of Jesus, through the truth of Christian Science.
