When I faced a difficult time some years ago, I turned to the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health by Mary Baker Eddy. While reading the first page of the Preface, I came to these words: "The time for thinkers has come. Truth, independent of doctrines and time-honored systems, knocks at the portal of humanity." Science and Health, p. vii As I closed the book, I saw that I had not been including Truth in my thinking. So, I let in Truth, God, and here's what happened.
