A martial arts exponent, like those featured in movies and television shows, might say, if you are trained in self-defense, go on the attack. However, there is a basic assumption in both of these scenarios: we are potentially endangered mortals who must somehow extract ourselves from troubling situations.
But many people have proved that there's an entirely different kind of defense that provides reliable protection. It is an understanding of the spiritual truth that man is not a mortal but is God's spiritual idea, always dwelling in His perfect, peaceful universe.
