I was delighted to find an excerpt from Living Buddha, Living Christ in the August Journal. I have loved that book for the past couple of years, and have shared it with friends, including a Christian Scientist whose two older sons took up Buddhism. I felt it would help her build bridges of communication with them.
I have enjoyed several other books by Thich Nhat Hanh and wished that his sense of Christianity was not limited to orthodox theology. Perhaps he'll get another view of things if a copy of that Journal comes to his attention.
