SINCE BEGINNING my work in studying Christian Science, I've had many good things happen to me and am very grateful for the opportunity to understand more about spiritual healing. I've had many healings, but one recently has stuck out as having a big impact in my life.
A few months ago, I woke up after a very deep sleep, feeling stiffness and pain in the right side of my neck and I was unable turn my head. At first I thought this condition would simply go away, but as the day continued, it progressively got worse. By evening, I was alarmed because moving my hands became painful. I began to cry, thinking something terrible had happened to me, and I was afraid to get into bed to sleep that night.
After a while, I realized it was ridiculous for me to just sit there, crying. Instead, I knew the best course of action was to pray because I've seen prayer bring countless healings to my family and me.
