CEMENTING CHURCH AND SOCIETY

Mary Baker Eddy states in "Miscellaneous Writings" ( pp. 144, 145 ), "The Church, more than any other institution, at present is the cement of society, and it should be the bulwark of civil and religious liberty.

THE ONENESS OF SCIENCE

The instructions of Christian Science coincide at all points with the teachings of the Scriptures. In no one aspect is this fact more in evidence than in its declarations and proof of the oneness of God.

When one has the high goal before his thought, his tasks are less arduous, his state of mind much happier and freer, and his accomplishments greater. Without this vision, work may become monotonous, boresome, mediocre, and perhaps finally a failure.

TAKING ONE'S PLACE IN THE SUN
