Testimonies of Healing

With the joy of one who has felt God's healing power in her life, I submit this testimony. As a child I attended a Christian Science Sunday School intermittently, as my father was very active in another denomination.

My testimony to the many blessings I have received from Christian Science is long overdue. It would take too much space to relate all the healings I have had, which have included physical problems and relationship difficulties in the workplace.

I was raised in a Christian Science household, and throughout my life have seen and experienced physical healings, as well as those of relationship, career, and financial difficulties. My husband and I have witnessed time and again its healing proof in raising our two daughters, and I'm grateful they know the blessings of prayer.

" I will mention the loving-kindnesses of the Lord, and the praises of the Lord, according to all that the Lord hath bestowed on us. " This verse from Isaiah impels me to express my heartfelt gratitude for God's healing love.

I have relied on Christian Science my entire life and have been healed many times. I can wait no longer to express my gratitude! When I graduated from high school, I made no plans to attend college because I lacked the funds.

When I joined a branch church two years ago, I considered giving testimonies of healing at Wednesday services. I had always felt uncomfortable talking in front of more than two or three people, and resolved to overcome these feelings with prayer.

I was the director of the school Scott attended. After Scott collapsed, I stayed with him until his mother came to pick him up.

How good it is to be able to testify to the power of prayer, and to look forward to a divine adventure in the Science of Mind-healing. As this century draws to a close, eight decades of my life testify to the joy and satisfaction of practicing Christian Science.

It gives me great pleasure to be able to testify to the authenticity of my daughter's testimony. The headmistress of Scott's school telephoned me and asked if I would come immediately to the school and take his little sister Cindy home with me.

I am the son mentioned in the testimony and can vouch for the truthfulness and integrity of my mother. Although I remember little of the condition itself, I clearly recall my feeling of triumph and determination as I walked down the hallway of our home unaided, which I remember being unable to do earlier.
