Testimonies of Healing

Christian Science came early into my life. As a young boy I suffered acutely from a form of eczema that did not respond to a long course of medical treatment.

I am writing this testimony in sincere gratitude for the happiness and well-being Christian Science has brought me through the earnest application of its truths. Over the past thirty years I have used these truths from the Bible, and from Science and Health by Mrs.

Early in 1966 I was healed in Christian Science of a condition that affected my vision. One day in February suddenly I saw everything double.

I have been a student of Christian Science since I was six years of age and have had many proofs of God's care. When I was around ten, I had fainting spells.

"Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is" ( Jer. 17:7 ).

I am very grateful for an instantaneous healing of the drinking and smoking habits. This came about while I was reading Science and Health by Mrs.

Thirty-eight years ago Christian Science healed me of a painful disorder in my back. Three physicians had said surgery was essential.

With a heart full of gratitude for all that Christian Science means to me, I humbly submit this testimony to show one or two reasons for the faith that is in me. I first became interested in Christian Science when I walked into a Christian Science Reading Room and learned that this is a healing religion.
