I deem it a duty to add my testimony to those of the many thousands who have been healed from suffering and disease by Christian Science. In the summer of 1906 I was taken with symptoms which indicated a serious affection of the lungs. After some delay, growing worse in the mean time, I consulted a physician, who gave me a thorough examination and looked very grave. He told me I must act promptly, and gave me a prescription for some medicine which after some trouble I failed to find in the form he desired. Being much exhausted, I returned home, and my wife urged me to try Christian Science. I consulted a practitioner, but without any great faith in the system. After three or four treatments, however, I found myself a well man. Since that time I have had no recurrence of that trouble, nor have I taken an atom of medicine.
