When Christian Science first found me three years ago, I was a sufferer from ulcers of the stomach and bowels, which the doctors told me could not be cured. They said all they could do was to burn them out. When I learned that I could get no relief except by submitting to that awful torture,! turned to divine Love, believing that God was able to heal me. I called on a kind and loving practitioner and asked her to treat me. She did so, and in about fifteen minutes all pain had vanished and I was healed.
Other ailments from which I was suffering were not so quickly overcome, but by the end of two and a half years I was entirely free from them. Since then the truth in Science and Health has been so clear to me that I have been able to help others. I am sending this testimony in the hope that through it some other poor sufferer may turn to God and find that He is able to meet all our needs.
Just to say I am thankful to God for all this does not express my feelings. The physical healing was wonderful, but the understanding given me of God and the ability to help others outweigh all else. I also love our dear Leader.— Delaware Water Gap, Pa.
