I am very grateful for Christian Science, for through it I have found God. Before coming into Christian Science I went to a denominational church but was never really satisfied and did not know what or where God is. I believed as others did that Jesus' healings were not for this age. When I started to attend the Christian Science church I found God not afar off but at hand, a God of love, and that healing is accomplished now just as when Jesus healed the sick.
I did not come into Christian Science for physical healing but I have been helped since, and have not taken a drop of medicine for four years. Before coming into Christian Science I used to have sick headaches weekly, but for the last four years I have had very few. Sore throat, which I used to have every year, has not been experienced for four years. I have been helped in finding employment, and in every way possible.
I am truly grateful for Christian Science, grateful to Mrs. Eddy for all her works and for the literature, the Journal, Sentinel, and Monitor. — Miles City, Mont.
