I am very grateful to testify to the healing power of Christian Science, as it has supplied my every need, physical and otherwise, since I was born.
Some years ago, during an influenza epidemic, I was healed of double pneumonia. At one time, while in Paris, France, I had a wonderful demonstration. While I was in a hair dressing parlor, the operator dampened my hair with a strong tonic, some of which rolled down on my face and over my ears. I wanted to prevent him from doing this, but error crept in and made me apathetic. The next day my scalp and face were irritated considerably, and two days later my entire head was covered with an eczema-like rash and was greatly swollen. This appearance made me somewhat fearful, so I asked help from a Christian Science practitioner in Paris. Help was promptly and lovingly given. Three days later I was to leave for Berlin, Germany, and although the day before appearances were still bad, I decided to go. I had a most harmonious journey, and when I arrived in Berlin, two days later, the swelling had disappeared. For the next two weeks various suggestions of error presented themselves, but finally, the third week, everything melted away and my skin became perfectly clear and soft and smooth. It was indeed a marvelous proof of the power of Christian Science.
