On page 494 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy we find these words: "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need." This statement has been proved many times. When we have relied entirely on God, good, our need has always been met.
I have been healed of deafness, a bad attack of influenza, a sprained ankle, seasickness, and many faults of character. Christian Science has also given me peace of mind, and has freed me of a false sense of responsibility, anxiety, and worry. I have learned to trust God and to know that He is governing, and that under His protection all are safe.
I am very grateful for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church, and also for class instruction. I am grateful to God for all the good we have always received; grateful to Jesus, our Way-shower; and to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for her consecrated life and for giving us this great prize, Christian Science.— Durban, Natal, South Africa.
