Since the time Christian Science came into my life and I have been better able to satisfy my hunger for the truth, through studying the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, I have had many physical and mental blessings.
In addition to various physical healings, I have been able to overcome the smoking and drinking habits through the application of Christian Science. Also, ugly faults of character, such as being envious of others and hating my neighbor, have left me. It was proved possible, with the help of divine Science, to banish the specter of unemployment. The problem of a place in which to live was also wonderfully solved. But above all, I would not omit mention of the deep peace which I feel today. I have felt this especially since I have enjoyed the privilege of doing church work. It is not possible for me to put into words my thanks to our Father-Mother God. For that reason I shall earnestly strive to render a small part of my gratitude to God by constantly endeavoring to have more of that Mind "which was also in Christ Jesus." To him, our Way-shower, are due also my deepest thanks. I have great reverence for the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, Mrs. Eddy. Further, I thank the loving practitioner who has always stood by me lovingly and patiently. — Hannover-Linden, Germany.
I should like herewith to verify the healings of my husband. I too am deeply grateful to Christian Science for all the blessings which we have had through the application of this glorious teaching. Thus, through the knowledge of God's omnipresence, we have witnessed the disappearing into nothingness of many ills in our family, such as blood poisoning, measles, colds, and an ugly rash.
