LETTING OUR LIGHT SHINE

From the June 1943 issue of The Christian Science Journal

In these days of upset world conditions many companies have been called upon to convert their factories and shops to production directly bearing upon the war effort. However, these companies are keeping their names before the public by what is known as good will or institutional advertising.

Christian Science is something that never has to be put aside, for it consists primarily of right thinking, and there is no condition or situation that can stop productive thinking. The world has great need of what Christian Science has to offer, and it is doubtful if there has ever been a time when it was more necessary for the power of right thinking to be brought to the attention of all.

The Christian Scientist's "good will advertising," then, is the utilization of the truth about God and man to such an extent that those who heretofore may have been ignorant of its value will become interested. The utilization of this truth means the annihilation of error.
