Christian Science is teaching me to understand the Bible. As a child I attended a Christian Science Sunday School with friends, and learned enough about the truth so that I turned to it for help some fifteen years later, when my home and loved ones were threatened by error of many kinds.
The understanding gained in the past seven years through the study of Christian Science has brought healings of lack, discord, and sickness. Burns, cuts, and children's diseases have been quickly healed without the painful aftereffects usually associated with such difficulties.
Our revered Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, has shown us by her inspired writings and practical demonstrations how to follow in Christ Jesus' way. Christian Science is a wonderful treasure, an ever-present help in these changing times. The knowledge that Love is governing all is a great liberator, and it has freed me to some extent from false responsibility toward my family.
