A statement by our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, which frequently comes to my thought, is to be found on page 158 of "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany." It reads, "We live in an age of Love's divine adventure to be All-in-all." Truly the most wonderful adventure we can have is the demonstration of Love's allness.
Because I felt that I could better serve the Cause of Christian Science, I was led to give up a good business position and to accept employment in the office of a Church of Christ, Scientist. Many suggestions of fear were overcome as I placed complete reliance on the allness of divine Love; and this period of service proved to be a most joyous and profitable experience.
At another time, when I was out of employment and the human picture was dark, help was requested from a Christian Science practitioner. At the end of ten days and just before the compensation from my former employer was to cease, I was offered a position in a field of work into which I had often desired to enter, although I had had no experience in it.
