"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits" (Ps. 103:2). The benefits my family and I have received through the application of Christian Science have been many. When it was presented to me more than sixteen years ago, I was looking for a religion which would satisfy my aspirations, and I quickly accepted this wonderful teaching.
Although I have encountered many trials, my progress has been Spiritward; for demonstration followed demonstration, and each difficulty solved by divine Principle strengthened me. One thing that has given me great happiness is that my experiences brought my husband an increasing assurance of the healing and saving power of Christian Science.
For several years, and particularly since World War II, during which my husband was able to avail himself of divine protection, his understanding has increased until he has become active in Christian Science, helping and sustaining me in the struggles we have had to face. We are particularly happy to be members together of a branch church. This privilege has brought us untold blessings, among which are a wider spiritual understanding and a sincere love for mankind, as well as a distinct improvement in our financial situation.
