Christian Science has met my every need since I began its study over ten years ago. It has been proved to me beyond a doubt that this Science is the complete revelation of the truth which Jesus taught and demonstrated centuries ago and that it has lost none of its dynamic power and healing efficacy.
My first healing was that of a nervous breakdown. I was unable to do my housework properly, owing to fatigue, despondency, and worry. Fear and anxiety made sleep at night impossible. In desperation I obtained from a Christian Science Reading Room a copy of the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, and began the study of the Bible Lessons in the Christian Science Quarterly. Also I began attending the Sunday church services and the Wednesday evening testimony meetings.
Within a few months I was greatly improved and was able to sleep and to do my work with much less effort. There was a great deal of wrong thinking to be corrected, because I was selfish, irritable, and unloving. These false characteristics began to disappear, and a complete healing resulted.
