It was through a student of Christian Science who worked in the same office as I did that I became interested in this Science. At that time, among other problems, I was suffering from migraine headaches, which were becoming more frequent and of longer duration and for which I had tried various remedies but had had no relief.
One day I began to suffer from one of these headaches. I was secretary to an executive of a large plant and had undertaken some important work early that morning which had to go out in the afternoon. By noon, I was very ill and suffering so much that I did not know how I could finish the work.
I went to my friend and told her of my problem. She told me of Christian Science and offered to help me through prayer. I readily agreed. I kept at the work as best I could, and before very long I began to feel better. Within a few hours after treatment, the healing was complete and has been permanent. The work assigned to me by my employer was finished on schedule.
