SUPPORTING OUR CHURCH

There is great need in the world of today for the message of Christian Science, a message filled with the hopeful encouragement of a completely practical Christianity. The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, and its branches in many parts of the world are engaged in presenting the Science of Christianity to mankind.

The alert church member is keenly interested in doing all that he can to protect and advance his church in its healing ministry. He sees his church as a beacon in the community, lighting the way for those who, weary of the world's methods and empty rewards, are seeking a truly spiritual Christianity.

This demonstrable, scientific Christianity, which is in accord with the teachings of Christ Jesus, is clearly set forth in Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. In this book our Leader defines "Church" thus (p. 583):
