Christ Jesus understood God. He understood that God's oneness and allness allowed for no division. He understood God's man to be inseparable from God and likewise inseparable from whatever characterizes the nature and wholeness of God's being.
To the student of Christian Science the description of Christ Jesus' garment as "without seam, woven from the top throughout" (John 19:23), is spiritually significant. It serves as a symbol and points to the Master's Christly character, his spiritual-mindedness, his undeviating goodness, the godliness which he exemplified with utter consistency throughout his experience. This spiritual consistency of thought and action is the healing robe of Christian Science, which brings to men incontestable proofs of the actual wholeness and harmony of being.
More and more, those whose thought has been quickened by the healing touch of the Christly garment of scientific Truth ask: How can I demonstrate this healing power more unfailingly, more completely, more universally?
