Attraction is an essential quality of Love. It is Love's attraction that draws us to God, points the way to happiness and satisfaction, and leads to scientific healing of all sicknesses and sins.
False love, false attraction, would entice, ensnare, make one to some degree a prisoner of personal sense. Unwholesome human concepts of living would present mesmeric inducement in the form of bodily attractiveness, financial riches, and shallow amusement. Materialism attempts to achieve attraction through magnetism.
Spiritual attraction draws heavenward the thoughts of those in search of that which is ever good and true. Jesus said, "No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him" (John 6:44). And at another time he said (John 12:32), "I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me."
