Two Marys saw the risen Christ,
Beheld in dawn's dim ray
The proof of deathless Life and Love
That wondrous Easter day.
We too have seen the risen Christ
In radiant light revealed;
His ever-presence we attest
Through sin and sickness healed.
All, all shall see the risen Christ,
Transcending death—and birth—
The resurrection morn fulfilled:
God's kingdom come on earth!
